Funk Bunks - Kandy

During my stay at Funk Bunks - Mount View, I had the opportunity to see some amazing sights on my way to and from the city. From little monkeys to fellow travelers, the journey was filled with interesting encounters. The community of people at the hostel is incredibly friendly and always willing to share stories. The staff, especially the receptionist, were extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast was freshly prepared, huge, and delicious. The location up the hill provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise of the main road, and it was easy to find tuktuks to take us to town. a unique and enjoyable experience.

The location of this hostel is perfect, nestled up on a hill away from the noisy streets. From here, you can easily find tuktuks to take you to town. the private rooms offer a peaceful and quiet environment, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view and listen to the birds singing in the morning. the staff at the hotel are very friendly and make you feel right at home.

The cleanliness of the wooden beds could be improved.

What a blast I had during my Christmas stay! the breathtaking view from the hostel was worth every penny. the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing me to use the kitchen to prepare my morning coffee and oatmeal. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a cozy stay. Plus, the hot shower was a welcome treat after a long day of exploring. And with affordable tuktuk rides, I had no trouble getting to the city center and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.

The beds were a bit dusty, but overall, the cleanliness was satisfactory. However, the WiFi signal in the dorm room was weak, which was a bummer.

The room at Funk Bunks - Hill Hostel was really cozy and had a nice view of the city. I loved the tile floor and the comfortable seating area. The flat-screen TV was a great bonus for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Plus, having a desk and free toiletries made me feel right at home.

Personally, I found the balcony at Mirabe Kandy a little small for my liking. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Nothing everything was great.

I had a fantastic stay at Funk Bunks - Hill. The staff were like family, making me feel right at home. The room wasnice and neat, exceeding my expectations. The Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious. The hotel's location offered a peaceful retreat, with amazing views. Despite the steep hill, it was easy to reach the city center using a tuk-tuk. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and enjoyable stay.
